1. Laser Hair removal for face and body (Alexandrite, NdYAG, Prowave)

I use 3 different type of lasers that allows me to choose the appropriate laser for each  individual skin type using my extensive experience in this field. It is important that you are not sun or self tanned at the time of the treatment and for a couple of weeks following treatment.

A series of treatments are necessary for good results. This will be discussed at the time of the consultation. The laser does not treat red, white and blonde hairs.

2. Laser treatment for spider naevi/thread veins (NdYAG)
I use Cutera Coolglide and Geomax NdYAG lasers to treat spider / thread veins on face and legs. The light is delivered to the vein causing the blood to coagulate which will be reabsorbed by the body.

On average 2-3 treatments are sufficient to see improvements. Swelling and redness, for a few hours, are normal reactions after the treatment.
Candidates who benefit from this treatment have broken veins on face, annoying red veins on legs and/or Haemangiomas on the body. The number of treatments necessary depends on the number, colour, and size of the vessels being treated. For Talengectesia veins patients can combine this treatment with Limelight and Lasergenesis.

3. Laser treatment for improvement of texture/pores and redness (Lasergenesis)

This is the most popular treatment for skin rejuvenation and for rosacea.
In Vogue 2017 in FACE ODYSSEY the writer states "her doctor chose Genesis over Fraxel because it goes deeper - up to 4 millimeters... 2 weeks later I notice that my face is glowing and tighter as if a real-life Instagram filter has been applied". See pdf of the article >>

Lasergenesis improves texture of the skin (pores, fine wrinkles and scars) by sustained heat in the upper dermis. It initiates an inflammatory response in the dermis stimulating collagen production. 4-6 treatments at an interval of 2-4 weeks are recommended. No downtime required. Best results are seen 3-6 months following a series of treatments.
Lasergenesis and Photo-rejuvenation help control the symptoms of Rosacea.

4. Tightening of lax skin (Titan Infrared Laser)

This is a popular treatment for tightening skin mainly on the lower face, jaw, chin and neck; other parts of the body can be treated. Titan addresses skin laxity by producing sustained heat in the deep dermis and stimulating collagen production. The best results are seen 3-6 months post 2 or 3 treatments carried out at an interval of a month. No downtime required.
Patients who choose titan treatments have a realistic expectation, looking to turn back the clock a few years and not a few decades; they often combine the treatment with lasergenesis and photorejuvenation.

Photorejuvenation stimulates collagen production and improves skin imperfections associated with aging and damage due to sun exposure : brown spots and redness on face, neck, chest, hands. A series of treatments are needed at an interval of 2-4 weeks between treatments. Patients suitable for treatment have paler skin complexion and do not have a sun tan. No sun exposure is allowed before and between treatments.
